Our Story

Our journey began in the early 1990s on the floors of Delhi’s broking community, in an era of paper share certificates, transfer deeds and signature verifications. While most brokers chased only exchange-listed volumes, our founders spotted the market nobody wanted: shareholders stuck with delisted, unquoted and illiquid shares that no exchange would touch.

We became buyers of last resort — and, over time, the market-makers of first choice. When India moved to dematerialisation in the late 1990s, we helped hundreds of families convert decades-old physical certificates into demat holdings and finally unlock their value. The 2000s brought our defining expertise: identifying strong companies before their IPOs.
