UTI Silver ETF Fund of FundNFO closes today. Do you need to invest?
UTI Mutual Fund introduced UTI Silver ETF Fund of Fund, a new fund offering (NFO) under its “fund of funds” category. The category of silver ETFs is the most recent addition to the Indian mutual fund industry. According to UTI MF, the investment objective of UTI Silver ETF is to generate returns that correspond to the domestic price performance of physical silver, subject to tracking error. However, there is no assurance or guarantee that the scheme’s investment objective will be met.
The scheme allows investors to invest a minimum of 5,000 per plan/option and in multiples of Re 1. There is no maximum investment amount.
The ICICI Prudential Innovation Fund and the Baroda BNP Paribas Floater Fund are available to investors until April 24.
